Sarmento Vineyard
Perched along the eastern bench of the appellation, is shaped by intense afternoon winds and cooling fog that preserve acidity and promote slow, even ripening, resulting in wines with precision and lifted aromatics.
Doctor’s Vineyard
One of the most historic sites in the region, sits on well-drained, sandy loam soils and benefits from the same maritime influence, producing fruit with depth, structure, and layered complexity. Together, these vineyards capture the essence of the Santa Lucia Highlands, delivering Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that are vibrant, expressive, and deeply rooted in place.
